ADDITIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY

Initially, the appliance referred to on the reverse side of this Certificate will be protected by the man­ufacturer's limited warranty packed with the appliance. If failure should occur during this period, replacement will be by the manufacturer. If at any time after the expiration of the manufacturer's limit­ed warranty, but NOT MORE THAN TEN (10) YEARS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THIS APPLIANCE, the component as specified under this certificate, should become defective, except as stated below, you will be entitled to receive free of charge a replacement component of the same or substantially the same quality as the original manufacturer would have furnished during their limited warranty period.

This extended limited warranty is being furnished by Associated Service Corporation and has no relation to the manufacture’s original limited warranty.

 When the manufacturer furnishes the component covered by this extended limited warranty for 10 years, then Associated Service Corp. will pay the current profile labor rate to install this component.  

To apply for a replacement component under this Certificate, first have your dealer or authorized service contact Associated Service Corporation, P.O, Box 410746, St. Louis, MO 63141-0746, or call toll free 1-800-325-4363 (USA and Canada), Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time to request an authorization number to proceed with the replacement. Your dealer or authorized service provider will receive, on your behalf, the replacement component. FOB the nearest parts depot. as set forth by the terms of this certificate. This Certificate OR a Copy thereof, MUST be returned to Associated Service Corporation for verification when a claim is filed. It will be returned to you after your claim is processed.  

This Certificate does NOT cover any costs of diagnosis, labor to remove and install the component part, pick up and delivery charges and freight. This Certificate applies only to the breakage or malfunction of the component part in the ordinary use of this appliance and does NOT apply to any breakage, defect or malfunction caused by fire, lightning, accident, improper handling or operation, abuse, misuse of, shipping or moving damages, riot or Act of God, Commercial and/or INDUSTRIAL USE Of THIS APPLIANCE IS NOT COVERED and will cause this extended limited warranty to be void.

THIS CERTIFICATE IS NOT A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE Of EITHER THIS APPLIANCE OR ANY ORIGINAL OR REPLACEMENT COMPONENT IN THIS APPLIANCE ANY AND ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THIS APPLIANCE AND THE COMPONENT AS STATED ABOVE ARE SPECIF­ICALLY DISCLAIMED. NO PERSON Will BE LIABLE UNDER THIS CERTIFICATE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE BREAKAGE OR DEFECTIVENESS OF THIS APPLIANCE OR THE COMPONENT COVERED BY ASSOCIATED SERVICE CORP. EXCEPT FOR THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE COMPONENT, EXCLUDING LABOR CHARGES.  

This contract may be cancelled by you for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Contracts cancelled within this 30-day period will be refunded for the full amount of purchase less an administrative fee of $25.00 or 10% of the contract , whichever is less. Refunds for contracts cancelled after 30 days will be prorated based on the time remaining, less an administrative fee of $25.00) or 10% of the contract, whichever is less.  

   This certificate is applicable only to the appliance indicated on this certificate and is NOT transferable to any other appliance or owner without the written consent of Associated Service Corp.
