We use a 12,000 BTU to cool our entire house, which is an open floor plan. Our previous unit of 5,000 BTU wouldnât even drop the temperature. Our new unit cools the rooms down quickly and keeps them consistently at the set temperature. I love the app feature, so handy! Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with output. Cools room nicely as per btu recommendations. Controls are asy to use and wifi capability a plus. The only negative is that it is a little loud during operation at full power.
