You don't really want to know what I'm thinking, it doesn't comfort preform but works. Thermostat and room temperature control, too hot, too cold, never spot on, it sucks. Broken parts and other damage unpacking to install. Hour and a half on customer service hold then disconnected at department transfer, still no resolve

No one in the Pachuta MS area to fix a brand new air conditioner from freezing up. Every time I turn it on it freezes up with ice.

It’s started out freezing up with ice brand new but once I unplugged it it hasn’t given us any problems anymore. Keeps the building feeling pretty good.
