The air condition cools okay but it can be quite noisy when it starts up. The window kit and hose are horrible. It comes with one small screw to hold the panels together. The home to hold the screw is not even drilled through. I needed up getting another screw and two washers and took it back to the store where I bought it and they put it together. If you don’t do this it just keeps coming apart. The window into also does not fit flush to the window so it keeps pulling away. You have to use some form of tape to hold it in place. The hose came apart from the ring connection when hooking it up to the unit the first time. So then I had to spend 15 min slowly forcing the tube back in to the ring connection without tearing the hose.
