Device advertises it is apple homekit compatible but it will not connect. Device did not come with APPLE QR to scan. Customer service via phone was unable to assist

Unit in a coma

Our GE-AHEKOAC is great when its working properly. But when it get stuck in sleep mode you cannot get it out. Ours is in a coma. We can hear the timer ticking but cannot get it to come on!!! OMG!! We are in Mississippi, it June, and its 98 degrees!!!

We used this product for two summers. Went to install today and the air conditioner runs for 5 secs and then it flashes 88. After researching the issue, we found that it references a bad control Panel signaling the unit is dead. We spent roughly $350 at Lowes. We’re disappointed.........
