This air conditioner works great! With our fluctuating weather, we have been able to use both the air and heat. Heats and cools very well. Was easy to install and use. Definitely need two people to install with how heavy it is.

I truly am impressed with the overall quality and design of this air conditioner. It offers an universal fit so it can easily slide into a variety of different wall sleeves which is convenient. I love the easy to read and use LCD screen. I can control the room temperature with just a quick touch of a button. This air conditioner features an ECO mode that reduces energy costs because the fans cycle off during cooling intervals. I appreciate that it comes with a washable filter, which is easy to remove and clean. I also like that this air conditioner comes with a remote control. Sometimes I just don't want to get up to adjust the temperature and now I can do that without leaving my couch. I am blown away by how quickly this air conditioner kicks in and cools down my whole house. I highly recommend this product as it is built well, works great, and is easy to use. This air conditioner will not disappoint.

GE's Built In Air Conditioner is a quiet and efficient air conditioner. It took some time to set-up but it has really provided a good cool temperature in the room. I like the LCD display with user friendly control.

I recently received this AKEQ12DCH 12,000 btu A/C unit by GE and absolutely love the sleek and modern design. It was extremely easy to install and fit perfectly where my previous unit was. The LCD display makes it easy to control and you can easily read the display or use the remote to operate the unit without having to get up. The unit has three fan speeds and cools my room very quickly, most likely due to the 6 vents that you can use to send the air in the exact direction you want. I really love how simple it is to remove and wash the filter which gives me the confidence that the air I am breathing is fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this product!
