Box was well padded to protect unit & also included an installation kit which made it easier to just use existing wall sleeve. Unit had the required wall sleeve # printed on sticker which I immediately called around to locate because my installers were coming soon. However, it was not needed & couldn't be used as outside wall was brick (condo) opening not allowed to be altered. So, I returned it, RAB 24. It takes two strong men to in stall it & haul away very old Unit, a Carrier, also made, I believe, by the same company that makes GE. I also just purchased a GE microwave 950 Watts which works just as as their 1000 Watt Oster unit that used to overheat. It is also just a little bit smaller, but just as powerful, if not more so. Also, it has really nice stainless steel trim with black glass, real classic look that's easy to clean as well. I hope it lasts longer than other CO.'s products which wasn't but a few months! Closest dimensions to my wall opening & great price! It states Energy efficient too! We'll see when we get the next few electric bills!

This was our first though the wall unit and super surprised that it went so well my husband and I just brought a new property last year so we are in total repair as of now so it was a good thing to start to add new features as in fans or air conditioners. This installation was fairly easy because we just now are adding the walls and dry walls so my husband picked the perfect spot an added it right on into the molding. The remote was a great new addition because our older ones didn't have one and since it's sitting in the family room it's good to control the temperature from the couch instead of walking around and finding a chair to stand on to change it. It's definitely not loud it slid right into the sleeve. We enjoy it just in time for this 90 degree weather.

First an foremost its already assemble and comes ready out of the box, we had a place for it and I was a bit worried how would I be able to put it together, but to my surprise it was all ready and the only thing I had to do was to plugin and it worked and worked really well. the feature are really good and the cooling is amazing,

This is the Cadillac of air conditioners in my opinion. Love that it comes with the trim kit and you just install the sleeve and slide the unit right in. The bright white color is sleek, modern and fits with Hurst about any decor it looks stylish and it just fits in the room so nicely. Love that it has a remote, it has every saving modes, the clear easy to read LCD display, several different fan settings and directional irons on which way you want the air to go. It comes with an easy to clean reusable filter. It has a dry mode and ac or heat settings. It cools off our first level so fast and then it maintains that temp. Its just an awesome appliance and top of the line. Theres so many perks I could go on for awhile. Highly highly highly recommended.

I love everything about this air conditioner. It is not very heavy and is easy to install. It cools my whole house down within a few hours of turning it on. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a new air conditioner.
