The white background with raised electric coil elements enable those with limited vision to continue to cook and be self sufficient. Smooth top and induction cook tops do not allow individuals with restricted vision to see the differences in the surfaces.

Will Not Even Boil Water

Puts out so little heat, that it is not possible to bring more than about 1/3 pot of water to a boil. All 4 burners are this way.
