Almost as good as my coil burner cooktop

I have used the cooktop for a month now, and I have the following comments. The actual cooking is pretty good. I find it hard to place the pans over the heating elements, because they have no external markings. I have to wait until the red shows to know exactly where the place the pan. Also, the cooktop attracts grease and dirt. I have to clean it every day! I didn't have to keep cleaning the coil burner cooktop. In addition to frequency, it is pretty hard to clean, requiring two cleaners and a razor scraper. I didn't expect this level of maintenance.

A very nice cooktop that is appealing, easy to clean and works great. I am satisfied with most aspects of this unit except for one thing: the burners are identified with VERY faint circle lines; it’s difficult to center the pan right on the burner until it actually lights up. And, because the glass top is so smooth, the pans slip around a lot, so when the burner isn’t lit up, it’s frustrating trying to recenter the pan on the burner. Also, after the unit was first installed, one of the burners stopped working. Upon service, the tech found the electrical connector had popped off the post. Plugged it back in and all was fine. So, tech checked the others and found one other burner connector was not plugged in properly, and it too would likely have soon popped off. So, with these minor issues I couldn’t give it 5 stars. I would likely not buy this again, however, simply because the faint burner guideline makes cooking frustrating.
