Functional but door closure problem

I bought this LG over the range microwave because if the high rating. The functions are okay. The door closes awkwardly and makes a lot noise opening and closing. The door and function screen appear visually to be off center.

I typically love LG products. However I am highly disappointed with my microwave. I have had it a few years now and my two big issues are 1 the ventilation fan is HORRIBLE. It doesnt suck up any of the steam fumes etc. Ive literally watched the steam not be disturbed at all once the fan was turned on. My handle broke off. Initially it was a small piece that fell off. But today I went to pull upon the door and the entire thing fell off with multiple little pieces of broken plastic spilling out onto my stove.

Junk Plastic Door - Door handle has broken. New door is 100 as it broke just out of warranty or replace it.

Bottom of the door handle broke

The microwave oven handle broke and the top interior of the dishwasher control panel cracked. Both appliances are about 2 years old I expected more from the LG brand.
