So thrilled with this oven! I went and splurged on an entirely new KitchenAid kitchen. The black stainless is gorgeous and looks fantastic. The oven works supreme so far. My cookies are just as soft and gooey as always. I think any negative reviews are just having some time adjustment issues. Not every oven is 10 minutes at 350 on the dot. They all flex and so the operator needs to do the same. I would recommend this system to almost anyone. It’s super simple to understand and use as well as performing wonderfully. Thank you KitchenAid for making such a beautiful piece to finish off my kitchen!!

The look is good, lots of room inside the oven and microwave - however, you almost need an engineering degree to figure out how to work it! Takes sometime to figure it out. Have not had it long enough to give more comments.

Bought the black stainless and it’s beautiful. New to convection cooking but this unit makes it easy. Results are great the first time. AND this is the first microwave I’ve seen that thaws foods completely without cooking the edges.

The wall oven is nice-looking and has great features. But, I bought this unit to replace the equivalent Whirlpool unit which was a lemon and required replacement after about 7 years of use. KitchenAid is made at the same factory as Whirlpool under the "KitchenAid" brand, and this unit is basically identical to the Whirlpool that broke but with more bells-and-whistles. So, we will see if this unit proves better overtime then the identical Whirlpool unit. Seems to me when you spend $2500 for an appliance like this, it should last more than 7 years. If the KitchenAid proves reliable after a couple years of use, I would gladly give it 5 stars.
