Bought this a year ago and have had problems with the over temperature being off they sent a repairman out but its still wonky. Love the proff feature and the blue oven does make it easier to see.

We bought this oven a couple of days before Thanksgiving and day one three of the tip burners havent worked. Its almost embarrassing for me to admit but we had the previous model of this studio oven and it was in the repair place when we bought this new one just to have a good oven for Thanksgiving. We love the look and it matched our other lg appliances. We are now almost a month from the last purchase and have 3 burners that dont work and the lack of customer service is almost a joke if it was t so frustrating. The first repair order for this oven was canceled without a phone call to us and now the second has no updates so I can only assume since it has been more than 7 days since the last repair request that it was canceled also. I cod not recommend this oven to anyone that needs to use it. If you just need an overpriced non-working appliance it does look nice.

The first one I got the stovetop was cracked. LG would not do anything if you could understand what the representative was saying. The retailer replaced it and now this one has lines in it. Not happy
