Big disappointment...Range does not operate properly, can't cook with oven and operate burners at the same time. Warming drawer does not open/close properly.

Oven and stove have been working great so far but now we have error code E044 that does not go away. Very dissapointing that we have to pay at least $300 to get a technichian out and then the next avialable appointment is 3 weeks out.

The oven has been working flawlessly since install until two and a weeks ago. Now we are still waiting for service to repair a E118 code. We have not been able to use the oven since this code appeared. Not happy that we have been waiting for so long to get this repaired !!!!

Our oven stopped working after 18 months. We had to have the control board replaced for almost $600. I had expected better quality considering the brand and price.

I decided on this stove after months of reading reviews and comparisons. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will consider other Bosch appliances in the future. This is a solid, classy looking stove minus the latest trends. I had no need for a "smart" stove or an air fryer. I wanted self cleaning, convection and reliability. This Bosch unit offers those things and much more. I love the touch screen control and the knobs are metal not cheap plastic like so many others. I have accidentally engaged the touch screen when leaned into unit but pushing clear/off fixes that. The glass window is big which I love. The stove top is easy to clean with the Bosch cleaner. I bought 2 bottles immediately. They send a coupon for the cleaner - had I known that I would have waited. Maybe include that with the stove? The warming draw could use a handle. That's my only negative and that's pretty minor. It's a heavy solid unit which speaks to quality especially since I haven't found any bricks in the warming drawer! I appreciate that the stove height can be adjusted and the side edges cover the space between stove and counter. Inevitably stuff gets in the "crack" and that's disgusting! I also love the idea of the center burner although I haven't used it yet - I feel that is a sensible upgrade that I will enjoy. In summary, this stove has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.
