Overall this has been a nice little dishwasher. We live in a small house built in the 50's and the kitchen is miniscule. We have very little cabinet space as it is, so the portable unit was just what we needed. I took off one star because after 2 years of use I just had to replace the lower spray arm because it started cracking along the seam which allowed high pressure water to blow past the door seal and puddle on the floor. $20 dollars for the part including shipping isn't really a big deal, just seems like a short time for this part to go out.

Did not have space to install a built in dishwasher. It meets the convenience of having a dishwasher without losing precious cabinet storage space in our very small kitchen. And it cleans the dishes just as good as our previous built in dishwasher in our previous kitchen.

Unfortunately this machine has been quite the disappointment. We frequently need to redo loads because the soap packet hasn't dissolved. Now the thing won't drain.
