This disposal was easy to install and it is quieter than my old disposer. It looks nice too! Hopefully it will live up to my 5 star review as I have just installed it. Will update if it changes.

My wife did the dishes tonight scraped all the plates of spaghetti and salad and the disposal would not turn on I check that it was receiving power it was.. I felt for an on off switch could not find one but I found a circuit breaker that was popped I reset it try it again but it will not spin then the circuit breaker pops again

I bought this because home depot said it is a NEW product from GE. Got a plumber to install it. Woke great for 3 months. Now it has stopped completely. So.....There is NO RESET BUTTON No Z key tool to turn this underneath it. What am I supposed to do now...........I should have listened to my gut feeling and bought the NAME BRAND MODELS that have a long time record with good ratings.............BUYER B E W A R E..............
