We bought our dryer very recently and I noticed the dryer was not heating up. Called customer service very late one night and to my surprise a live person answered the phone and guided me - it was an easy setting change - thank you

The dryer will not connect or stay connected to the LG app. ALL my other LG appliances are connected and no issue. When I do an internet search about this issue this has been going on with others owners also.

I recently reached out to LG for my clothes not drying in the dryer unit. Unfortunately it was my negligence to not clean the filter properly causing that issue. Actually the dryer unit was all good and in perfect working condition. I apologize for that inconvenience caused.
