I got this dryer about a month ago and I love that its connected to wifi. I can keep track of cycles with my phone and I never forget a load in the dryer

As an older person it becomes more difficult to load and unload the dryer well this washer has made it much easier for me to do that. I also like the fact that is very quiet and the music that lets me know when the cycle is done.

We purchased our gas dryer 3 years ago along with an extended service warranty. Recently the dryer failed to dry the clothes despite additional run time and then displayed a 9A5 error code on the panel. That code equated to the word GAS. We spent an unreasonable 4-day and frustrating amount of time trying to reach a customer service agent. The automated assistant actually connected us with the same agent twice a very competent and empathetic person in Georgia who ultimately routed us to the proper agent. The authorized service technician covered by our extended warranty drove 2 hours from Philadelphia to replace the igniter on our unit. Between the poor quality of the product the poor customer service protocols and the lack of a local service technician we probably will never purchase an LG product again.

Im really sorry to write a terrible review but you asked The washer is just terrible dosent clean anything. I have tried different detergents keep in mind I have always used the same with my old washer it literarily gets nothing clean. Basic dirt from dust been moving doesnt come out I wish I had taken picture of the shirts I have had to throw away because they dont come clean. have never threw cloths away because they didnt come clean..bedding or rugs...well there will be streaks from dirt? Its like it doesnt rinse properly. So I tried the deep water...nope didnt work. Sorry but just being honest...big regrets on this purchase.
