Primary flaws encountered: - Time estimates are not so accurate - Sometimes clothes only ~80 dry and need an extra 30-60 minutes to finish depending on load and density - Draining the lint trap is a hassle without the extra add-on to boost the height up a bit - Drain pump failed and needed replacing right after warranty expired Reasons still rating 5 star: - Only 2in1 with a heat pump dryer I could find in the US - Great features - Plugs into a regular wall outlet - Great customer support they replaced the broke down pump and got it working again for free still

New produce never worked no service

This washer/dryer was delivery and the dryer function never worked. LG could not provide service in my area. After many calls and conversations LOWEs finally came and picked up this defective product.

Worst purchase i have ever made. The repair man comes out every other month and there is always water everywhere when cleaning the filter that clogs up after 5 washes. Cloths always come out wrinkled and 3 to 4 hours per load is typical.

I bought this 2 years ago and within 3 weeks began trying to return it. Always clogs and creates a lake when you pull the filter to try and unclog. Cloths are always wrinkled and usually takes over 3 hours to do a small load. I think the repair guy has been to my house over a dozen times in the last 2 years. I thought i was paying a premium for a top of the line unit - what a disaster. LG is aweful I have even written the President of LG N America. Never got a response. LG will never get another dime of my money ever.
