One of the worst experiences and back and forth Ive been dealing with last few weeks and months pertaining to my dryer not working and never been used. One of the panel boards to my dryer didnt work. It has been a process ever since to order part to them telling me to take a photo of the product after they already had a repair person come out to inspect the equipment. Still on going problem. I surely will meet purchase from LG ever again after this experience.

We purchased this a few weeks ago. I downloaded the app but cant get it to work with the app on my phone. Unable to get the settings to hold when I change them. Once I press start they revert back to the default settings.

I had two separate machines but when I saw this lovely combo - I fell in love - takes up way less space in my laundry room - I live in a condo and looks great - works great and is so quiet
