I love this machine. Contrary to what others have posted you can dry separately - its right in the manual how to do it. I am elderly and alone and its a blessing.

Hubby and I purchased one of these and it has been amazing. After the first year the dryer part wasnt working all that well. After consulting with LG and YouTube we took the top off and carefully rinsed out the part that holds all the lint. It was back to working like brand new. Simple weekly maintenance that takes 5 minutes. Other then that we havent had any other issues. I love my machine. This unit doesnt dry like a traditional machine and in my opinion my clothes dont fade as fast.

Broken 2 days after repair

I had the unit for about 2 years and it broke down with dHE error. Technician came and replaced the main board and fan and the unit started to have drain pump issues the second cycle after the repair.

LG Electronics - WM3488HW It took three times but it is now fixed. Water Pump failures. Tec was on his game all three times and he was the master of the Mystery. He outsmarted the Pumps two times for the finale time. No more water in the tube when not in use.

We have owned this washer dryer combo for about a year and a half and it just keeps having problems. The motor has been replaced twice and now it is leaking. We bought it because of limited space and it not needing to vent but it has been a constant inconvenience. If it wasnt for the warranty we would have bought something else by now.
