Disappointed in product and customer service

Purchased this gas laundry unit in 3/2021. First problem balance load didn’t work causing washer to go through a number of rinse cycles wasting water. Current issue dryer isn’t drying clothes. Repairman just left advising me I need a gas valve assembly. Called customer service to see if Frigidaire could help with the Parts and Labor and I was basically hung up on without really listening to me. I consider this a new product and it seems to be much too soon to have problems with both washer and dryer. This laundry center replaced my last laundry center which was over 20 years old. It doesn’t say much for your products reliability. I am extremely disappointed with Frigidaire.

Why is there no clothes softener dispenser? Or am I missing something. How annoying to have to wait 5 minutes for the lid to unlock when you pause the machine. My old machine it wasat the most 1 minute.

We had our old washer/dryer combo for about 14 years and tried the same brand again. It was terrible and after the third time we changed brands and went with the Frigidaire model. It fit our tight space well and the dryer is very quiet. The only complaint I would say (and why it wasn’t given an excellent rating) is the washer spin cycle is very loud momentarily when it starts but then quiets down when spinning at full speed. Overall good appliance otherwise!

I was a litle worried becauce of alll the lights and bells,but as I used it more the easier it got. It is one of the best allliances that i have owned.
