When I first installed it I wasnt sure it was working but it was Thats how quiet it is. The clothes wash perfectly and this machine has all the features we were looking for. It was a great purchase. BTW... we bought it directly from LG which had the best price and the quickest delivery.

I bought this only because my 8 yr old LG stopped working. I was told they only last now 6 years With that in mind I decided against upgrading my refrig and stove..You can do better

12 years on a previous machine is a good life. But I liked LG tvs s I purchased. Quiet Clean clothes are always good. Its now a race to see what lasts longer...the washer or me
