THE WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARTS. I WOULD NOT EVEN WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LG BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WANTED TO RETURN THIS ICE MAKER BECAUSE I RETURNED THE LG REFRIGERATOR I BOUGHT - DID NOT HAVE THE FEATURES THAT OTHER REFRIGERATORS HAVE - SO I DONT NEED THE ICE MAKER. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. THEY SAID IT WAS PAST THEIR 15 DAY RETURN WINDOW WHICH SUCK TO BEGIN WITH. I BOUGHT IT 3 WKS AGO. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IF I DO NOT GET MY REFUND
