I tried to replace a generic filter with the actual filter and I cannot get it to turn and lock into place. Their solution is to send me a replacement filter and try again which is no reason it will work either.

I love the refrigerator and all of the features that come with it. My best feature is the reminder the door is open too long. I have grandchildren and they like to keep the door open too long. The buzzer reminds them to shut the door.

Received the wrong water filter

I have ordered water filters for our LG refrigerator since we purchased it in 2017 For some reason this time I got the wrong filter. Instead of getting the LT800P/PC/PCS we got the LT1000P. PLUS 2 weeks our refrigerator quite cooling for the second time we got a serviceman out he let us know the compressor was shot Goes without saying we cant afford to get a new compressor so we will be shopping for a new refrigerator I would like to return 2 filters LT800P and also the wrong one LT1000 we just received. I hope that will be possible
