This was delivered a week ago. I love that it's frost free. I am disappointed that it only came with 3 shelves and to purchase 1 LG shelf is $65. (Why is it so pricey for a wire shelf????) It didn't even come with the glass shelf on the botton.

I purchased this unit as a quick replacement for my 30 year old unit that suddenly quit - a freezer full of custom beef made this a necessity. After having the freezer for a week, I'm extremely satisfied with it. The option of not having a handle stick out was a bonus, as I frequently ran into it while carrying laundry past my old freezer. Very satisfied!
