It has been about 3 weeks since we got our new whirlpool freezer overall very happy. It has plenty of room to stock up on your favorite items. The only down side I found is that it needs another shelf which I will have to purchase.

Bought this less than 2 months ago. Quit working and am now in the process of trying to get a “BRAND NEW” freezer repaired .Shouldn’t even be an option. It should be replaced and listed as the lemon it is.

My last freezer went bad on me, and I lost food. Even though I wasn’t home at the time, I figured a temperature alarm would be a nice feature to have.I wanted the larger model of this one, but the website didn’t show that it had an alarm. The only thing I don’t like about it is the very bottom section. I wish it was a pull out drawer instead of just a plastic piece to hold items in.
