I purchased this refrigerator in March to replace my 18 year old side-by-side. I thaught that I would loose space switching to a counter depth fridge, but thre are plenty of well designed areas, expecially the wine holder. The ice maker is incredible. The cubes are perfect size. I get many compliments from friend and family. The right side door must be closed manually when opened by itself, and I have forgotten to push it shut several times. The door alarm and wifi enabled app is great at reminding me when the door has been left open or the ice bin is full. The doors are rather thick and the fridge is not exactly counter depth as the wide door would hit the cabinet walls. Overall, I love this fridge and the clean look it offers.

I got this refrigerator as part of a complete Bosch Black Stainless appliance package. The Black Stainless is extremely nice and looks much more refined than regular stainless. This refrigerator is counter depth which I prefer but it also means there is less interior space than in a standard depth - just one thing to consider when you have a large family. The interior design is very nice and offers plenty of light. The right door has a 'lip' that needs to be pushed in when only opening that door. I generally open both doors and close the right door first so it is not an issue for me. The freezer space is somewhat limited which again is not an issue for me but could be if you purchase large amounts of frozen food items. I like the fact that the ice dispenser is inside the unit which gives the refrigerator a more 'clean' look on the outside. The smaller ice cubes work better in glasses and look more refined. All things considered, I highly recommend this refrigerator and I am very happy with it.

The plastic drawers are flimsly and don't fit exactly as they should. We replaced the wide one already, but the two bins don't fit as they should. They close ok but the tops aren't flush on top as they should. Otherwise the refrig is great! i like the water dispenser and the ice cubes are a great size. I would prefer a bar on the sides rather than the back for butter and egg holders.
