BAD EXPERIENCE

I bought an LGFCC22426S refrigerator on 04/04/22 and started making a drilling noise last week. I email LG for service no reply yet. The refrigerator stopped working temp in the fridge was 55 F Yesterday call 1-800-243-0000and asked for emergency service no answer yet

Our old fridge was on its last legs and this was our choice to replace it. This being a Counter Depth fridge gave us a little of our Kitchen area back. Love the double doors and adjustable shelves it seems way bigger that advertised. Excellent icemaker.

Great Layout

I have had my new refrigerator for a few weeks so I cant speak to the longevity of it. It does have a great layout. Everything fits so much better than our old side by side and we always seems to have space to spare now. Both the fridge freezer portions keep everything to temperature.

This LG refrigerator was delivered to me on 8/29/22 therefore I have had it for about a month and a half. It has been working perfectly. When it was delivered it had two minor cosmetic defects one on the freezer handle and the other on the right door however LG corrected both problems by replacing the freezer handle and the entire right door. LG provided outstanding customer service to correct these minor issues and I am very happy with the way I have been treated by LG. The LG customer-care team checked with me periodically via text to ask whether the work had been completed and apparently made sure that the independent repair business did the work. The work was done expeditiously and the fridge looks perfect. I cannot express how much I have been impressed by the customer service provided by LG. This fridge has French doors and a bottom freezer with ice maker. It is counter depth and fits into the space better than what we had before. Despite it being counter depth it was seemingly as much space inside is our previous side-by-side standard fridge.

Really disappointed the shelves are so shallow to make room for the trays on the door. Everytime you open the door everything slides around crashes together or falls over. The freezer is equally disappointing. I dont need the top tray to pull out and get in the way when the freezer door is opened. If I could return it I would. Just not functional
