Bought this refrigerator a week ago I am very pleased with this refrigerator. The counter depth is great there is so much room inside. The freezer has a huge amount of storage with two sliding shelves plus the main freezer compartment. I went from a 22 cu. ft. top freezer to this 25.5 cu. ft. bottom drawer freezer and what a difference. I no longer have to stack things on top of each and move things around to get what I want. The three different ice makers is a huge plus. I first thought why would anyone need three ice makers but now that I have them its a big plus. This refrigerator is so quiet you dont even know its running. The LED lighting inside is great. The sleek flat front with no handles gives the unit a nice appearance. I was not in the market for all the bells and whistles I had to purchase what would fit through my door opening. I am so happy I got this refrigerator I am highly pleased with this purchase.

I owned an LG counter depth in my previous home. The existing refrigerator in my new home needed replacement. I again needed counter depth and saw LG now offers a counter depth with full capacity. The counter max was a great choice for me. Im pleased with the increased capacity. The model I purchased happens to offer 4 types of ice crushed cubed craft and mini cube. While I purchased the model for the capacity Im really enjoying the mini cube and craft ice. Im very happy with my purchase. Its a clear upgrade from either of my previous units.

We purchased an LG refrigerator in March 2023. It took 7 weeks to be delivered. When it was delivered the doors were very uneven. We called Home Depot and they sent someone out. They could not fix it. Home Depot called LG they would not come out unless we agreed to paying a service fee if they determined that we personally did damage to the NEW refrigerator. We would not agree. Home Depot said then we will send you a new one. We get the new one. The freezer on it wont freeze. Again LG is called and again they wont send someone out unless we agree to pay for a service fee if they determine we did something wrong. We wont agree. So Home Depot again works it out to get another refrigerator. The 3rd one seems to be the charm. I do like the refrigerator. BUT I will NEVER buy another product from LG. Not worth my time
