Had it for about a month. Craft ice takes few days to get going but once it does it literally ROCKS. Pleanty of space and easy access through the outer door is a neat feature I didnt think Id use much but do.

This is a replacement fridge from our homeowner warranty company. Side by side is way more efficient to deal with food storage. We are able to fit more food in this than our prior fridge. The black finish is beautiful but take care because it will scratch easily. Like the UV function for water treatment and LOVE LOVE LOVE the absence of handles. Just grab the slot and open. Also love the quick door feature where you dont need to open up the entire door on the right side to have access to your cartons of milk and other drinks. Craft Ice is a neat feature too. Highly recommend this fridge.

Keeps food cold so far I like 2 ice Makers but they work slow .the craft ice makes 3 balls in 24 hrs

Beautiful fridge works well. Only issue Ive had is that the Craft ice maker did not work. I contacted LG and they sent a tech out who swapped out the ice maker and said to give it 24 hours. No hassles but also no troubleshooting to verify that it was receiving water the issue with the first one. Hopefully this will work but the 10 min swap has me curious if the issue will be fixed.
