Gasket leaked on draw and rollers on draw make a loud noise Repair man has looked and ordered parts but not happy having to have a new appliance fixed . This is the 3rd / 1st 2 refrigerator came not working .

Love this refrigerator lots of space and the glass door to get every day items. BUT the craft ice maker keeps breaking. Already had it replaced once and now the back part has dropped down and will not make ice.

I bought this refrigerator seven months ago. I like the instaview door my husband uses it all the time to grab his drinks. I like the double freezer as I use the top drawer for the things I use more often. I wish the bottom portion of the freezer had a light but that is not a big deal. If you have a large family the refrigerator section may not be for you since I dont think the capacity is very big. It is not an issue for me. I like the deli drawer. The craft ice maker stopped working and has been replaced and is now working fine. It is a good looking refrigerator this is my second LG refrigerator.

Door compartment is not designed to get cold. Dont think youre going to be storing your milk or anything else that needs to be refrigerated in the door. With the fridge set to 35 degrees the door stays 10 degrees warmer. There is no way to get the door to a safe storage temperature without turning the fridge into a freezer. This is not a flaw with my refrigerator according to LG this is by design and expected behavior. It is for condiments which is interesting since it still stored them in the danger zone for bacteria. It is about the right temperature for wines so if you want to store things that dont actually need refrigerated for quick access then this is the fridge for you. If youd like to actually keep everything in your fridge cold keep looking.
