We bought this unit almost 2 years ago however the drawer in the freezer needed a better design as it always slides off the track. This LG refrigerator does work great and you set the temps of the fridge and freezer and everything us always cold

I purchased this refrigerator almost 5 years ago. Since then Ive had 2 door gaskets fail. Small dents or depressions magically appeared on all 3 doors and I know it wasnt anyone in the household caused them. Had filed a claim behind it and was told we dont cover cosmetic issues. But the just about 3 weeks ago it stopped cooling and we lost about 600.00 worth of food. Filed a claim. Here it was the compressor failed. Tech replaced with a redesigned one The factory one had a flaw. Found out there was a class action lawsuit filed for just this problem. This the 2nd LG refrigerator Ive owned. The first one was deemed unrepeatable with a year and refunded me the purchase price. Also I asked the Tech that replaced the compressor about those mysterious depressions. He told me that there are voids in the door insulation after they spray it in the the door panel. Just wondering how long am I going to have this one.

Perfect size for my space

We went from a 17 year old two refrigerator to a three door French refrigerator. Love having the split doors as it takes up less space when opening. I like the adjustable glass shelves for my tall items. Glad there is a beep if the doors are not fully shut. Getting used to make sure the door shuts tight.

I bought this lg frig 10 days ago Ive always had a standard frig now I have French door frig with freezer on bottom I love this style and I absolutely luv this frig. Its black stainless steel very classy and very roomy luv it best decision I made in long time

Only 3+years old and died Sept 1. We lost food and had to buy at inflated prices a new fridge since LG warranty FINALLY scheduled a service call in SIX WEEKS. Lost food and $$$$
