Our CPS True Extended warranty starts after the manufacturer’s 1, 2 or 3-year warranty, for a possible total of 8 years of coverage. It covers manufacturer’s defects, full parts and labor, and in-home service, plus up to $50 in laundry credit, up to $250 for food loss, up to $75 for delivery and haul away on replaced products and up to $75 for removal and reinstall. It includes a No Lemon Guarantee with no limit on claims, and pricing does not differ by appliance type. Consumable replacement parts such as knobs, handles and trays are not covered.

Your extended warranty plan must be registered within 30 days of your invoice date at cpscentral.com or by calling (800) 905-0443, since failure to register may restrict or eliminate full coverage benefits. To file a claim, log on to cpscentral.com and select Make A Claim, or call the same number, and have your original bill of sale and plan available. Inspect your appliance for damage upon delivery, and if it is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery and we will contact you to schedule another one. Products damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify our product experts within 48 hours of receiving it. After 48 hours, contact the manufacturer directly using the information in your product literature. Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty, and our return and store policies explain each step.

No, any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned, and delivered products in use are not returnable. Returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage, and products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may incur a 30% restocking fee. Special order merchandise may be subject to a 30% restocking fee even if not yet delivered.
