Purchased thus washer dryer set and found it us not at all energy efficient poor manuals made for series so my model was not covered. LG has no proper recommendations on how to use.

We bought this new two months ago. This model is a top loader with an impeller not an agitator. Articles we read seem to indicate that impeller machines are more gentle on your laundry than an agitator machine. After two months experience we find that weve never had laundry come out of a washer as wrinkled as they come out of this machine. We buy only clothes that are a cotton/polyester blend specifically for its wrinkle resistance. Virtually everything needs to be ironed and THIS iS NOT ACCEPTABLE My call to LG customer service went nowhere with a read-to-me list of try this or try that from a customer service agent who was clearly not US based. The machine has also caused the removal of some decorative accents from my wifes blouses. When I asked to have the machine checked out by an LG Service Technician under warranty I was warned that if the tech finds nothing wrong we would be charged for the service call Im sorry I bought this machine

We bought this to replace an aging Speed Queen commercial washer. This machine is much quieter uses much less water and is more gentle on clothing than the old agitator washer.

Ive had this washer for 7 months now and am very disappointed. It takes forever to wash a simple load of clothes. It doesnt agitate enough to get the clothes clean. Sheets and towels end up in a twisted mess. Loads become unbalanced for no reason other than an insufficient washer. Stay away L G should give us a better product.
