Delivery Terms and Instructions

Appliance removal is done as a service to our customers and not as a profit generating function for Bouche Appliances. Consequently, Bouche Appliances does not assume liability for damage to customer’s floors, carpets, or any other property resulting from dirt, water, oil, or any other foreign material or any broken part or abnormal obtrusion on or around the appliance being removed. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean the old appliance or otherwise provide protection of carpets, floors, and other property. We are not responsible for mechanical failures of appliances not purchased under this Sales agreement nor for appliances moved as an accommodation to the customer, with or without considerations.

Return/Refund Policy

All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed within 7 days of original delivery. Products must be in new condition AND in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging. Special Order Items cannot be returned nor exchanged. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed cannot be returned.We are not responsible for any missing or damaged products after more than 7 days from the delivery date. Bouche Appliances reserves the right to refuse any unqualified return. There will be a 25% restocking fee on qualified returns and unqualified cancellations. Orders cancelled before dealer receives any merchandise will not be subject to the restocking fee.


In event of a return or refusal of merchandise, shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. If your item ships by a freight carrier, you must return it via a freight carrier with insurance that will cover the full retail value of the item to ensure its safe return. For a list of approved carriers, please contact our customer service department. 


All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used to in the purchasing transaction. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be received by mail. For financed purchases, the customer acknowledges that it is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer’s Finance Agreement.


Any defective products will be covered by manufacturer’s warranty and repaired as outlined under the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Most returns can be avoided before you make your purchase. Please take advantage of our comprehensive site to carefully read our pre-purchasing tips, check model specifications and installation guides, or call our knowledgeable appliance specialists for more information. Nonetheless, some issues cannot be avoided, so here are some tips to help you if they arise.

Pricing and Specifications

Errors in pricing may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, up to and including cancelling any orders placed at an incorrect price. Additionally, we are not liable for any errors in manufacturer’s specifications.

Damaged Shipments
Inspect your merchandise before accepting delivery!

All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Most appliances are delicate and have many parts that are sensitive to rough handling. Check for external damage to the package before accepting delivery. If you notice there is any damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery document. Please call our customer service department immediately, and we will issue a return authorization. Thus, a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing. However, though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may contain internal damage. If any damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the freight carrier.

Defective Merchandise 
It is important that you plug in your appliance AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to make sure it operates properly! As an authorized dealer, Bouche Appliances is required to adhere to the manufacturer’s warranties and policies. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery that is not due to shipping damages, please contact our customer service department or the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. 

Actions That Void Your Warranty

  • Removal of the manufacturer’s model/serial number sticker tag will result in a voided warranty.
  • If a residential appliance is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is voided.
  • Additionally, once the unit is exported outside of the United States, the manufacturer’s warranty is voided. 

Missing Parts/Documents
Missing parts are covered within the first 14 days upon delivery receipt. Please contact the manufacturer directly to order any missing parts or documents.
