The fridge is beautiful, plenty big enough. The ice maker is a bit noisy but no big deal. Biggest complaint is the place you put your cup for ice and water got scratches on it within 2 weeks.

We have received 2 of these and both had the same problem. The first one, the ice auger didnât push ice through and the external freezer light stayed on 24/7. We returned it after a repairman said the computer wasnât working. We were told there were 1,000 on back order with NO ETA. We sent it back and received our second one. The ice and water donât work and the other drawer light remains on. It makes a loud noise occasionally. Repairman said same problemâ¦the computer. No water and no ice. We received poor customer support who when I called, wanted to mail random parts (that were not the issue) for us to repair it ourselves. No techs available to speak with, only the woman who answered the phone every time we called who was reading from the same booklet we used to try to troubleshoot it ourselves. We are returning this one as well and buying a different brand since this computer problem seems to be a common issue throughout the USA and support is greatly lacking.

This fridge is a new addition to our house and is exactly what we were looking for. We received the fridge about a week ago and absolutely love it. Most features you will find are pretty standard with all newer models with exception of a few.*This fridge is extremely quiet. We bought this item to replace our existing 4 door whirlpool which was purchased as an upgrade to our new house. The whirlpool was so loud it would wake the dogs in the middle of the night and of course âthis is normalâ was the information received from the manufacturerâ- this it ended up in the garage⦠?? * The look- this is very sleek and modern. We were worried about the slight reflective, think polished finish along edges, but when we got it in the house, this made the fridge pop!* The 3rd drawer- pull out- we absolutely love this! This fridge has an option to cool this compartment ad a fridge, wine cooler, or freezer. This was one of our main deciding factors.* The door shelving- this is genius! The shelving (on 2) allows for the shelving to be pushed into the end which frees up a large height option within the door. Itâs hard to explain, but itâs super practical!* Freeze Boost it great after putting unfrozen items in the freezer and getting them to temp quickly is a great feature.All in all, we are gradually replacing all of our whirlpool Appliances and could not be happier with the Frigidaire line.
