Unreliable when needed the most

My refrigerator stopped working just a week ago. Good thing we had an extended warranty. Had to wait much too long for an LH repairman to replace the condenser. Such a disappointing product.

The fridge and freezer do not cool properly. It took 5 tech visits 3 ppl - Over 20 hrs before it was deemed not repairable. It took 2.5 hrs to get a refund. The same fridge is now $1000 more. My deliver was supposed to be in 2 days now delayed 15 days. I have to function with a fridge I had to purchase in the garage for now almost 10 weeks. I have purchased 13 LG products in 26 months 2 diff homes and now regret my purchases.
