My refrigerator was dying and I had to get one quick. The one I wanted was not available so I had to make compromises. I wanted the glass door that opened but I only got the knock-knock light feature. I wanted water outside the door but it is in the refrigerator and it is ok but I like not having ice in the door. It runs quiet and has a good look looks sharp.

Weve had ours refrigerator about a month or so it has some great features that we discovered as we operated it like if the doors are open you get a beeping sound. I like the novelty of being able to knock on the door and see whats inside although Im pretty sure I know what it is

I have been using LG products primarily for over 3 years. All my major appliances are LG all with no problems whatsoever. I am moving to another home and buying all new LG appliances. 1st to arrive was the 27 cu ft Refrigerator with the smart door knock twice it lights up. Another cool feature is the internal filtered water dispenser located in the left inside sidewall ice maker is in the freezer but it is controlled inside the right wall of the fridge. No wasted space. it works great and no space is taken in the door. The Inverter technology is so quiet I never hear it running. I highly recommend the LG product line. I have a new top control dishwasher already installed. Tomorrow my new slide in stove arrives. Fun times at my home

So far so good with my new fridge Loving everything about it. Only complaints are the slow icemaker the doors tending to slam open/shut and that some of the drawers wobble left to right when sliding in/out. Also the knock to light up door is a little gimmicky.
