This is my second summer. Ive had the thermostat replaced and the unit still thinks the inside temp is 78 when I have 3 thermometers in the house showing its 83. Thats a huge swing. So it doesnt turn on and off and the right temps.

I bought this unit and it worked beautifully for a week. Nice air not too loud and made my house feel comfortable. However it stopped working and giving us error codes. We looked the codes up on LG website and it wasnt listed. It had an option if the code wasnt listed to click on a link and submit a ticket. We filed a ticket and got a confirmation that it was submitted and someone would reach out to us. After a about two weeks with no phone calls or emails from the company we returned the AC unit back to the store.
