I received this unit in August of 22 used one month plugged in this year and it would not turn on I had to give it away so I could get a working AC in the window LG service never helped fix

This amazing ac unit has made our home so very refreshing as the weather has been getting warmer. To come inside and be greeted with a pleasant burst of coolness..is so wonderful. I am so very pleased I purchased my LG window air conditioner.

Made contact with LG. Got email that someone will contact me then a few days later I got a text from LG saying we went through trouble shooting that we didnt contact them. Sorry we never got any information about troubleshooting anything was never contacted by anyone to resolve the issue.

I like that it has an energy-saving setting and it is a very quiet air conditioner. The filter is easy to remove and a light will let us know when that needs to be cleaned. The 10000 btus cools our 480 sq. ft.
