We used this product for two summers. Went to install today and the air conditioner runs for 5 secs and then it flashes 88. After researching the issue, we found that it references a bad control Panel signaling the unit is dead. We spent roughly $350 at Lowes. We’re disappointed.........

I decided to replace the 2 acs I had , 1 in my living room and the other in my dining. This 8000btu cools my entire apartment and it’s not a small nyc apartment like you would think about. This one is a very large 3 bedroom!!! I’ve already recommended it to others !!

Bought this as recommended by a friend. Easy install and it cools down yhe room so quickly! Leave my door open a d my roommates are in love with this AC as it cools down kitchen and living room ! Leave the house and it sets to Away mode sparinh energy while keeping the house cool! Sleep mode also a huge plus! No regrets worth the price!
