This was great until it wasn’t. Both of the handles that you push down on to start the toaster don’t push down anymore. Very let down that a kitchenaid product would fall apart so fast.

I bought this to replace an old black and decker that a heating element died in. Mostly use it for breakfast things, and works good. I make pop-tarts every morning and the temp knob seems to be a suggestion at lower ranges, but mostly doesn’t over cook them. Brown sugar cinnamon doesn’t taste as good when burned. I’m a big kid,a den refuse to grow up when away from the office. Wife likes the style and function so far.
