Too many choices It will be months before I try them all. The dryer is at the perfect height to load/unload. It runs fairly quietly. For its large capacity it doesnt take much floor space. Looks very sharp.

I have been looking at these since they came out. Finally at a point to pull the trigger. So glad I did. This was a great replacement for our previous side by side units. Saved a lot of space Quiet running units so much so that Im glad I get the app messages to know a cycle is finished because I cant hear it when its running. Theres even an alert thats sent to your phone if you leave clothes in either machine too long. Love all the features and how well it takes care of what used to be a tedious task

I bought this a month ago and I am very happy with the washtower. I was not happy with misinformation regarding the delivery what was included for installation and price decrease before the unit was delivered.

Had this for just over a day. Ran 5 loads so far. Not full ones. So far it is common to have to manually drain unit often. This means getting on the floor fill a bowl getting up to dump the filled bowl going back on the floor continue filling the bowl dump filled bowl repeat several times. Bowl cannot be too tall because the rubber drain hose is extremely short. It is common for the wash load to stop right at the final spin cycle. At that point there is a message to check water pressure. I then have to manually drain the unit which is what LG troubleshooting documents say to do. I find this ridiculous for such an expensive system. Luckily I can get on the floor to do this. Anyone with joint issues or other troubles that getting down and up from the ground is hard the need to do this especially so often should be a deal breaker. I noticed with blankets and towels it is a guarantee the wash wont finish without a manual drain. I have 30 days to return as much of a hassle that would be to do this annoyance is an extreme inconvenience and hassle as well. On a side note another annoyance is you have to connect your system to your wifi and phone just to have a spin only cycle as well as a rinse spin only cycle. I dont understand why these basic functions arent part of the default menu.

I unexpectedly had to buy a new washer and dryer to replace my old LG ones when I discovered the dryer hookup at my new place was electric and not gas. The price tag was hard to swallow but so far Im absolutely in love with this wash tower. The features are so advanced and its doing an amazing job of washing and drying my clothes. My old LG washer and dryer were still going strong after eight years so my fingers are crossed that the longevity is just as good with this wash tower.
