Love the features. Crisper drawers keeps produce fresh much longer than previous refrigerator. More interior room for a counter depth refrigerator. Love the finger proof stainless exterior. French door design really works well in our limited kitchen space.

We’ve only had it a few weeks, but love it. We had a side by side before, this just seems so much more spacious. The space usage is very efficient. Plus, love the cubed ice cubes!!

This fridge has never worked right......The first repair was only 3 months into our purchase, and went on to get repaired another 2 times under the manufacturer warranty.....moving on now under the extended warranty and the repairs continue however the lemon law doesn't apply because the repairs were done under separate policies.....the current repair started on 8/8/19 to date (11/22/19) the repair is still on going, alternate resolution won't even get on the phone with me (cowards) and denied our claim for alternate resolution because we rescheduled 4 times in so far 107 days of this repair, but doesn't consider in that their parts get back ordered and at one point they had marked our repair complete when the fridge was never working....now they want to start replacing parts they already replaced as if there will be a different outcome. IF you buy this product be sure to get the extended warranty as you will surely need it for this piece and don't reschedule any service appointments otherwise they will use the warranty loophole of product accessibility and not back their product, so you will be in the endless loop of service after service and a fridge that still doesn't work.

Fridge is aesthetically pleasing; however problematic. Within 8 months, the water and ice dispenser will not work. Had someone out twice before the year manufacture warranty. Same problem within 2 weeks after warranty ended, yet they wont fix. Called customer service, one person said they could help was on hold then disconnected after 23 minutes. Called back and the next person said no. Not only does quality of product need improvement, but consistency for their training seems to also.

I agonized over my choice for a new fridge. Shoud i get side by side or french door? Which brand is reliable? I read so many reviews and talked to sales people. I am very happy with my choice. The fridge is so much roomier than my side by side and the freezer is fine. It's only been 2 weeks so i can't say how reliabe it is but thier reputation is very good compared to other brands.
