Just installed, so no firm performance metrics yet. However, the shelves need a front lip to hold good in and some clip- on deviders would help to stack the frozen foods. A pull out bottom drawer would be better design.

It has been about 3 weeks since we got our new whirlpool freezer overall very happy. It has plenty of room to stock up on your favorite items. The only down side I found is that it needs another shelf which I will have to purchase.

Bought this less than 2 months ago. Quit working and am now in the process of trying to get a “BRAND NEW†freezer repaired .Shouldn’t even be an option. It should be replaced and listed as the lemon it is.
